This clause prevents investors from filing, joining or participating in class actions: (i) does not constitute a waiver of the investor’s right or remedy to pursue claims individually (not in class action) through binding arbitration as provided above; (ii) is an independent agreement. You may opt out of these dispute resolution clauses by providing written notice of the investor’s decision within thirty (30) days of the date of your first visit to this website.”
